SUPPORTING FAMILIES TOGETHER
We are a group of local mums and grandmothers who have come together to support families with babies and children under five living in Harrow.
We run a baby bank, collecting, sorting, and passing on pre-loved clothes and equipment. We also support parents and carers through Parent Groups, providing a safe space to connect, share experiences, and access guidance. Additionally, we signpost families to essential services to help them navigate challenges and find the support they need.
We have 15 volunteers, and since we started in April 2020, we have supported over 1,000 families.
We initially started as Wealdstone Baby Bank, but we quickly recognised that mums needed more than just practical support—they needed a space to meet, connect, and grow together. This led to the creation of Parents Space, a welcoming community where parents can find support, friendship, and confidence in their parenting journey.
As a result, we formed Families in Action Together (FAcT), which now includes both Wealdstone Baby Bank and Parents Space.
We welcome all families and strive to create an inclusive, supportive, and caring community where everyone feels valued.

A Day in the Life of the Baby Bank
The Baby Bank is a community space where we come together to share the resources that have been donated to us. We are open Tuesday 12-2pm (term time only) and Friday 9.30-11.30am.
